| CSR Duties & Responsibilities |
- Represent TPW in all interactions with homeowners, guests, renters, and vendors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Assist homeowners, guests and renters with any homeowners issues
- Dispatch in-house maintenance personnel as well as vendors through the proper use of work orders
- Keep accurate and updated records which provide the framework for the management of the community

| CSR Requirements |
- Organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle multi-tasks accurately
- Possess a courteous and friendly professional manner
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Associates Degree or 2 years business experience preferred
- Computer experience necessary
- General proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

| CST Duties & Responsibilities |
- Provide a knowledgeable assessment of maintenance problems and direct them to the appropriate service provider
- Conduct security checks in all units on properties
- Assist with shuttle bus service when applicable
- Assist with all winter operations, such as snowplowing and sanding, and property landscaping
|
| CST Requirements |
- An understanding of general electrical, carpentry and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of swimming pool / hot tub maintenance
- Ability to coordinate a multitude of maintenance tasks at the same time
- Possess a courteous and friendly professional manner
- Must be responsible and punctual
- CDL with bus endorsement preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Computer experience necessary
